- We only ship by UPS and only within continental US. Shipping is FREE on orders over $100. There is a $6 shipping & handling fee for all orders under $100.
- Please allow approx. 5-15 business days for a delivery.
- We do not accept a return/exchange after 10 days from the date of receipt of the order. Please note that there is a 25% restocking charge if the reason for the return/exchange is not due to a pre-existing damage. If there is a damage in the yarns, we send a replacement or refund as soon as the yarns come back.
