My love of knitting inspired me to open Knitting By The Beach in order to create an environment where people could come together to explore and share in one another's creativity.   I was born in Eastern Europe (Kiev, Ukraine), and graduated from the Kiev Institute of Art & Design. Since moving to the United States in 1988 I've explored many forms of art including Fiber Art, Jewelry Design and Graphic Arts. My fiber art pieces have been shown in galleries around the United States, and my jewelry and knitting creations have been sold around boutiques in La Jolla and Del Mar, California.  Some of my jewelry is now available for purchase at the Knitting By The Beach, as well as several of my fiber art pieces.
